The goal is to improve nutrition, manage health, prevent complications, and enhance overall well-being. MNT is based on solid research and guidelines, focusing on personalized nutrition plans that support health and quality of life. It includes counseling and education to help clients make healthful food choices and develop better habits. Nutrition counseling can also aid in preventing health problems by encouraging sustainable changes before issues arise.

  • All sessions are fully virtual. Please plan to join from a private location where you can be fully present and engaged. A stable internet connection is recommended to ensure a smooth session. For safety reasons, please do not join while operating a vehicle.

  • Yes, currently in-network with select insurances and we also offer a fee-for-service option for those without coverage.

    • 90 - Minutes Initial Assessment - $240

    • 60 - Minutes Follow-Up - $160

    • 30 - Minutes Follow-Up - $80

  • An initial assessment can last from 60 to 90 minutes. During this comprehensive session the dietitian will take the time to understand your unique needs and ask about your medical history, current habits, and goals. Together, you will explore key factors like stress, sleep, and physical activity that influence your well-being. By the end of the session, you will have one or two actionable steps to begin building a strong foundation for lasting health and wellness.

  • Follow-up sessions can be either 30 or 60 minutes long. Here is where you and the dietitian will truly begin to refine and tailor strategies to fit in your lifestyle. Together you will address any challenges that arise and adjust your approach as needed to ensure long-term success. Many clients find these sessions invaluable for creating lasting meaningful changes, as these provide ongoing support and accountability.

  • Yes, a late cancellation or no-show fee of $100 will be charged for cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment or not attending the appointment on time.
