Unlike traditional personal training that focuses only on workouts, we take a complete approach to your long-term health and fitness. Every client gets a fully customized training plan, lifestyle and nutrition coaching*, weekly check-ins through our coaching app, and monthly consultations—at no extra cost. You get one coach who’s committed to every part of your progress.

The nutrition coaching included in your Fit Fundamentals plan is habit-based guidance — things like balanced choices, and building sustainable routines to support your fitness and lifestyle goals. Working with a Registered Dietitian goes much deeper. Our RD, provides medical nutrition therapy, individualized meal planning, and support for specific health conditions.

Absolutely. You can work with a coach for fitness, with a Registered Dietitian for nutrition, or combine both for a complete approach. Fitness and nutrition services are offered separately so you can choose what best fits your goals and needs.

We recommend most clients train 2–3 times per week for best results, but your schedule is flexible. We’ll work with you to find a consistent routine that fits your goals.

We track progress through regular performance assessments, movement quality, and body composition (optional). You’ll also have ongoing feedback through our coaching app so we can make adjustments as needed.

Our monthly coaching fee ranges between $310 and $900, depending on the number of sessions per week and whether you train in-person or online.
